Professor Hiroyuki Ishizaki from Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT), one of the leading engineering schools in Japan, will have a public lecture with Mattu University in conjunction with the upcoming cross-border areas of partnership and collaboration. Mattu University cordially invites all academic staff and students to this public lecture to discuss the future collaboration potentials. 

Therefore, Professor Hiroyuki Ishizaki deliver his public lecture at Mattu University by the coming Friday, 31st of October, 2025 for Mattu University Academic staff and students. Therefore, you are invited to attend the public lecture.

Objectives of the Public lecture:

 1. Knowledge Exchange:

To share experiences, case studies, and outcomes from past and ongoing collaborations between Ethiopian Universities and SIT, as well as to highlight broader Japan–Ethiopia academic and educational linkages.

2. Workshop Presentation:

 To present the current joint workshop activities being conducted between SIT and Ethiopian universities.

3. Future Collaboration:

To discuss potential opportunities for future academic, research, and institutional cooperation between SIT and MaU, together with Ethiopian universities.
